NNIT seeks an Intern as IPT operation Specialist.

Team

NNIT (Tianjin) Technology Co., Ltd seeks an intern as IPT operation Specialist. You will work for team IP Telephony. The team is managing global and local Cisco telephony, call center systems for several customers.

Challenges

You will participate in day to day tasks with the global and local team. The tasks can be handling incident, service requests or problems, releasing changes, consultancy service and project implementation for the customers.

Daily working hours are from 8:30- 17:30 and it is flexible.  We prefer intern to work at least 3 days per week.

Development

We will invest on your personal development. You will take trainings of the technology within your business field, also on generic skills like English, communication and processes. The training will be conducted internally and or externally. 

Qualifications

IT related education or major in computer science is preferred.

Good Written and fluent oral English is must when you support the global customers.

We prefer if you have experience on Windows, Cisco, and SQL Server.

You should be able to work in a busy environment and at the same time offer good service. Good communication and co-operation skills are a natural part of your personality as well as the ability to think analytically and take on responsibility of your tasks.
