Job Title: TQ | Quality Assurance Secretary Intern Division/Department: Quality Assurance Location: Tianjin Your Responsibilities: * Responsible for supporting the work of Quality Assurance leader, for example meeting schedule and business trip arrangements, information translation etc. * Support with investigation on small projects including creation of related presentations. * Coordinate the work within Quality Assurance departments and communication with other departments. * Department attendance management * Outlook calendar management for Manager * Other tasks related described in Secretary Handbook of Quality Assurance department.
