Basic function/Fonction de base :

FG/RM Supplier Performance

·      Manage and maintain up-to date Master Validation Plan from each supplier/vendor with

the list of equipment used to manufacture Medline labelled products (raw

materials production line such as lamination line, extrusion line…, cleanroom equipments

and requirements, packaging equipment such as sealers, workshop and warehouse)

·      Participate in handling EU supplier complaints and root causes analysis

·      Follow and communicate with suppliers to ensure corrective actions are implemented and

ffective.

·      Support EU QA Team on any quality issue

·      Work with quality inspection supervisors to train

inspectors in their use of inspection procedures and correcting quality

problems.

·      Participate in the validation of supplier process changes

·      Manage and plan Raw Material audits for Proxima and Preventive Care divisions and plan/conduct

raw material audits

·      Manage Certificate of Analysis with Proxima raw materials suppliers and related KPIs.

Competences linked to the post / Compétences associées au poste

Possess a University Degree in a Science or Engineering Discipline.

Minimum 2-6 years relevant experience in quality operations together with experience in supplier audits.

Good knowledge of ISO13485

Good communication, interpersonal skills

Able to travel extensively within China.
