Check and archive technician’s service report

Record service summary form as per service report
根据服务报告登记Summary表
Upload service report to SAP system
将服务报告上传至SAP系统
Renew the company / product brochure database
管理公司电子资料资源
Maintain the brochure stock in case for brochures updating or shortage
维护打印资料的产品库存(资料版本更新或库存不足)
Brochures mailing according to Customers‘requirements.
根据客户需求安排产品资料寄送
Assist the communication department to draft document
协助部门完成文档性内容的撰写
Support events preparation and administration if needed
辅助部门活动的准备及办公室日常工作
Documents translation
文件翻译
Requirements/要求:
Junior students and major in liberal arts preferred;
大三学生,文科相关专业优先
Good English communication, CET-4 or above;
良好英语沟通,英语4级以上者;
Good command of Microsoft office.
良好的办公软件应用能力;
Ability to work 3 days at least per week;
每周至少能工作3天;
