Job Responsibility:
1. Learn to support and assist with the operation and administration of batch processing systems and job schedulers.
2. Help monitor and maintain job definitions and job chains in business-critical processes.
3. Support in creating and adapting scripts for further automation of our integration platform.
4. Assist the application support team with automation and batch production processes.
5. Participate in system monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management for the job scheduling application.
6. Help document and further develop operational procedures and system configurations.
7. Participate in daily operations to ensure system availability and performance.
Job Requirements:
1. Completed education in IT, computer science, business informatics, or a related field, or equivalent technical training.
2. Basic understanding of IT systems and interest in learning about integration services.
3. Familiarity with operating systems used on servers.
4. Interest in learning about web technologies and service-oriented architectures.
5. Willingness to understand business processes in manufacturing environments.
6. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Strong service orientation, communication, and teamwork abilities.
8. Motivation to learn, adaptability, and ability to work well with others.
9. Very good written and spoken English skills to work effectively in an international team.
