Customer Service Intern (客户服务实习生)
Job Responsibilities,
• Provide timely & effective service to customers, in patience, according to standard service process.
• Be responsible for customer’s enquiry about technical support & after market service, with correct understanding and professional products knowledge.
• Be familiar with system maintenance and ensure all of the calls are maintained in system timely and correctly.
• Handling customer complaint, coordinate with cross function to make corrected action.
• Forward the customers comments to internal related department to improve the customer satisfaction.
• Consolidate the call details, solution and products information into Knowledge base and provide the facility for the daily work.
• Perform any work arrangement
Job Requirement,
• With internship experience in Customer services industry that able to handle the customer communication individually.
• High responsibility.
• Good & pleasant personality.
• Well communication & coordination skill;
• Experienced in computer skill.
• Good at English.
