职位描述：

Responsibilities:

Cooperate with the HR/recruiting team to understand HR program requirements and team goals by applying creativity and innovation to support the fast-paced HR team across TikTok globally;

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to better support global recruiting excellence;

Conduct surveys on organizational culture and employee experience using quantitative and qualitative methodologies and offer insights to improve the excellence and diversity of the workplace;

Design and arrange online and offline cultural activities or events.

Qualifications:

Prefer students who graduate in 2022 or 2023;

Demonstrate interest in human resource field and keen to connect with people;

Fluent in written and colloquial English, multilingual ability is a plus;

Great communicator, creative thinker, team player and multi-task operator;

Proven ability to create multi-media materials using multiple toolkits (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Microsoft Powerpoint, etc.);

Deep understanding on cross-cultural situations and inclusive circumstances.
