A. Accountabilities
● Supporting Airbus Beyond China (AB) internal operations
● Facilitating training projects deployment in China (logistics, resource management, stakeholder
management etc…)
● Providing digital design support to AB local promotion and customer engagement
B. Main Activities
- Client related activities
- Support bilingual (English & Chinese) promotion through social media
platforms
● Assist in managing WeChat account to for timely and well-designed posts ;
● Assist in designing Web-mails (html), posters, flyers for open courses or events;
● Assist in shooting and editing videos during training deployment
- Coordinate training projects
● Be responsible for training logistics, including but not limited to printing, room reservation, catering and other supporting services
● Support the preparation of training materials and archive them properly
● Facilitate logistic arrangements for trainers such as booking shuttle bus and hotel
● Collect and keep a regular record of course feedback, and update the feedback system in a timely manner
● Support the trainer pool management and trainer assessment process
● Ensure logistic facilitation for customers or trainees wherever possible

● Update the database as requested
● Manage AB China stock and office supply
● Support training product communications (design, printing and distribution of flyers, catalogues, advertisements, and if possible in innovative ways to promote AB)

- Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above (in communication/ marketing/ a related field or equivalent background )
