Key Responsibilities:
1. Collect and edit EHS information in Chinese and English, help to design EHS booklets as necessary.
2. Help to translate documents and EHS tools between Chinese and English.
3. Document management.
-Collect data from sites and conduct basic analysis
-Keep filing of documents
4. Help to organize EHS meeting, training and other activities.
5. Design EHS Posters and Health Tips as required.
6. Learn and maintain EHS system.
7. Complete other administrative affairs as assigned.
Qualification:
1. University level or above, major in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering or related fields.
2. A leader in a student union will be a plus.
3. Fluent in English.
4. Creativity, good computer skills.
5. Good interpersonal skills, pro-active, autonomous, EHS values, efficiency oriented,know how to face crisis and work under stress.
