Duties and Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of this position include but not limited to the following
- Answer and correctly route incoming and outgoing telephone calls
- Receive and deliver mails and parcels
- Greet the office visitors
- Support staffs for their business trip, such as book air-tickets, train tickets and reserve hotel
- Car rental and meeting room management
- Order stationeries, snacks, birthday cakes for studio
- Manage office suppliers and maintenance
- Translation of documents if necessary
- apply work visa for foreign staff
- organize team building activities
- Manage Ayi
- Arrange files
- Other Adm works

Qualifications
- Language Abilities: Good English speaking and written skills, CET-6 or above, the main working language is Engligh
- Computer Skills: Familiar with IOS system
- Additional Requirement: Easy going, good communication skills, optimistic, open-character, hardworking, careful and attentive.
