工作职责
Job Responsibility
1. 协助办理员工入职、调转、离职等HR的常规操作流程;
Assist with HR operation process of on-boarding, transfer, termination etc. 2. 负责文件的打印、扫描;
Responsible for copy or scanning work; 3. 帮助准备、递送相关文件;
Assist with documents preparation and delivery; 4. 文件的整理与维护
File consolidation and maintenance; 5. 协助出一些外勤工作;
Assist with some out-of-office work; 6. 主管指派的其他行政工作。
Other administrative work assigned by supervisor. 岗位要求 Job Requirement
1. 对数据保密性有高度的意识;
High awareness on data security 2. 态度认真,愿意尝试新的任务,有较强的学习能力;
Can do attitude and a quick learner; 3. 有良好的沟通能力,处事灵活,工作态度积极;
Good communication skills,flexibility and enthusiasm; 4. 合理安排手中任务,高效完成,交接有余;
Strong ownership 5. 熟悉各种办公软件。(word、excel、ppt 等)。
Good knowledge of office tools.(word, excel, ppt, etc).
