Job Description At Roche, we believe data analytics methods can facilitate physicians’effort to provide better care. In Data & Analytics Chapter, we leverage the potential of knowledge gained from data.  As an intern, you will explore and apply machine learning/deep learning algorithms based on different source of data that will enable our business partner to make their decisions. 

In this position you will focus on the following:

Work with our data engineer on ETL and data quality control.

Work with our data scientists to implement the state-of-the-art deep learning models that could benefit our business partners.

Qualification You are a student enrolled on bachelor degree program or above, with a background in computer science, cognitive science or any other degree with a strong background in computation. Moreover you are/have:

Keen on expanding your experience and leveraging analytics methodologies in a world leading pharmaceutical company

Hands-on programming experience (Python, R, etc.) 

Solid understanding in machine learning algorithms, as well as the capability of implementing them. 

Fluent in English

Proven experience in analyzing healthcare data and text data would be preferred, but not required
