职责（Responsibilities）： 1、 Daily support for Engineering team； 支持工程部门日常的工作 2、 Filing and document distribution； 文件归档及文件传递 3、 Assess and evaluate the current process and others’ proposals, finding the ultimate solutions； 评估现有流程及方案，并找出优应对措施； 4、 Other tasks assigned by Department head. 部门主管安排的其他任务。 要求（Competencies）： 1、 Bachelor degree or above with engineering background, ME/IE background is preferable； 本科及以上学历工科专业背景；机械工程或工业工程专业优先考虑； 2、 Good English skills； 良好的英文表达能力； 3、 Organized, fast leaner as well as good team player； 良好的组织能力，快速的学习能力及团队合作精神； 4、 Can attend 3 days above and work at least 3 months is preferred. 实习期内能够每周出勤3天以上，3个月以上的候选人。 ​ 地址（Location）： 上海市闵行区东川路555号紫竹科技园三号楼
