Main Responsibility: - Partner with U.S. team and SAM team to drive growth of Chinese sellers business in Walmart’s Fulfilment Service. - Motivate sellers to partnership with Walmart Fulfillment Service and enable the sellers’ capability and willingness in Walmart fulfillment service to drive GMV continuously. - Supervise top seller performance in Walmart’s Fulfillment Service Program and analyze logistics operation(including inventory level/penetration/category analysis ,etc) and identify improvement opportunities. -Coordinate internal and external resources to resolve disputes and issues. -Develop solutions to optimize operation performance. -Maintain standard and professional Logistics course and Knowledge Base to help seller better understand logistics principles Requirement: - Proficiency in oral and written English; - Track record of managing relationships and /or projects is preferred - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. - Experience on independent data analyzing, critical thinking & problem solving; - Take ownership and manage multiple projects well. Willing to grow with the business. - Bachelor degree or above.
