Key Responsibilities： ◆ Support market analysis and consumer deep dive to contribute product ideas to innovation plan. 1. Market business analysis including competitor and historical sales of the brand 2. Dig into deep insight of target consumer and predict the trend of market and future innovation technology/Seeds of specific category. ◆ Support to development marketing communication concept & information collaborating with brand communication team & Research innovation team. 1. Help to collaborate with R&D to process on information development 2. Help to develop marketing communication story-telling ◆support to provide product specification (contents, package) collaborating with research & innovation scientists, package creative designer, and production departments. 1. Confirmation of relevant pharmaceutical matters, laws, regulations, and trademark rights protection 2. Adoption of most advanced ingredients and application of patented technologies, combined with selling points. Candidate Requirements: Passion for beauty, responsive at collecting information of cosmetics industry. Strong communication skill with collaborative attitude that can involve many in/external stakeholders. Basic understanding of marketing. Outstanding organization skills Bachelor’s or master’s program under-going. Fluent in English or Japanese for business communication. Basic computer skills including Word、Excel and PowerPoint Preferable cosmetics or personal care internship experience 6 months or above - (5 days a week)
