JOB DESCRIPTION 岗位描述： Duties and responsibilities: 任务和职责： • Lead some specific improvement projects defined by manager or organization (such as implementation of Tooling management, Human factor project, etc.) 负责一些上级领导指定的特殊项目（例如，工装管理项目的落实，人为因素项目等等） • Shroud line (Component of aircraft engine) machining abnormal data collection and analysis (alarm, fixture issue, dimension abnormal, etc) 封严块线(飞机发动机部件)加工过程中的异常状态的信息收集与分析（例如报警，工装问题，和尺寸异常等） • Take part into problem analysis with quality tools like 5W, RPO, fish bone, etc. 利用相关质量工具参与到问题调查与分析过程 • Set Preventive maintenance criteria for tooling and spare part list. 建立工装的PM标准和备件清单。 • Other tasks assigned by tutor 以及其他导师指派的任务 Scope of processes: Final inspection, EDM, Spot welding 工艺范畴：终检，电火花加工，点焊 JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS 岗位要求 & 资格：  Education: 教育： o Bachelor degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering or other related 本科及以上，专业方向为机加工和其他相关专业  Technical skills: 技术能力： o General knowledge related to machining process 基本的机加工知识 o General GD&T knowledge 基本的尺寸链知识  Other skills: 其他技能 o Good at communication, good teamwork, quality and innovation spirit 善于沟通，团队精神，质量意识，创新意识 o Good oral and written communication skills in English. 良好的英语口语和读写能力 o Good at MS office use, good skills for operating CAXA, Catia etc. 良好的office软件技能，熟练使用CAXA，Catia等软件. o Logical thinking and skilled on problem solving tool such as RPO, 8D, 5Why and fishbone 有良好的逻辑思维能力，有利用相关质量工具解决问题的经验最佳 o Overall view and critical thinking 有全局观和关键性思维 What you can get? 你将获得什么？  Understand how component of aircraft engine is manufactured 了解飞机发动机部件的加工过程  Chance to lead a team to take challenge tasks 有机会带领团队完成极具挑战性的任务  To solve problem with methodology and professional quality tools 借助方法论和专业的质量工具攻克难题  Learn good work habit and method, smoothly transfer as a professional engineer with tutor. 学习到良好的职业习惯和方法，在导师的带领下稳步过渡为专业的工程师。
