工作职责:
根据顾问对所在行业,公司以及职位的分析,参与制定目标候选人的寻访方案;
进行相关侯选人资料的收集、分类、整理,对简历做初步筛选;
l通过各种渠道快速寻访候选人,进行初步面试和评估;
提供候选人评价和推荐报告,向顾问推荐;
沟通协调候选人与公司之间的面试安排,跟进进展并及时反馈.

Major Responsibility:
Well understand of clients’ job description and requirements.
Research and source for best-fit candidates.
Arrange face to face interview between consultants, clients and candidates.
Provide comments and report of candidates to clients.
Coordinate the interview arrangement, follow up and get feedback.
Update database on a regular basis
Candidate update calls on their employment status
Prepare research report under the guideline of consultant team leaders
Prepare target list on industry and functions.
Job Requirement:
Persistent and determined to make things happen
Detail-oriented with good analytical mind
A mindset of striving for excellence
A strong “selling” and influencing mindset
A college degree or above
Excellent oral and written English
Comfortable talking to people you don’t know over the phone.
