职责描述：  调研地方和区域经济问题。  就城市和农村再生问题向政府和非政府机构提供咨询服务。  就劳动市场、教育和技能、贫困和社会包容性、外来投资和业务发展等问题提出解决办法。  根据项目成果起草和准备报告。  在营销和业务发展新机会中起关键作用，包括向客户演讲。  小型到中型项目管理，包括确保项目在限期日前完成、财务管理和员工管理。  领导安排的其他任务。  Research local and regional economic issues.   Provide consultative services to governmental and nongovernmental agencies regarding urban and rural regeneration.   Propose solutions to issues such as labor markets, education and skills, deprivation and social inclusion, inward investment and business development.  Draft and prepare reports based on project outcomes.  Plays a key role in marketing and business development of new opportunities, including conducting client presentations.   Client management.  Project management for small to medium sized projects, including ensuring deadlines are met, financial management, and staff management.  Other work assigned by supervisor. 任职要求：  经济、金融、地理、社会学或其他相关专业本科或硕士。  二至五年相关职位工作经验。  有咨询经验者优先，也会考虑有相关经验者。  熟练应用微软Office软件。  良好的中英文沟通能力。  良好的数理能力，对社会经济数据分析有经验。  有撰写报告的经验。  强烈的责任感和求知欲，希望在一个不断变化、执行力强的团队环境中工作。  有再生或经济发展环境工作经验者为佳。  Bachelor or Master Degree in economics, finance, geography, social science, or related fields.  Generally requires 2 to 5 years related experience in a comparable position.   Prior consulting experience strongly preferred, but non-consultant candidates with relevant experience will be considered.   Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.  Good writing and oral communication skills both in English and Mandarin.  Good numeracy skills and experience with socioeconomic data analysis.   Solid experience of report writing.   A strong sense of commitment, a willingness to learn more and a desire to work in a dynamic, deadline driven team environment.  Relevant experience working in a regeneration or economic development environment would be advantageous.
