Description：

1. To find the fatigue curve for gear;

2. Support the test platform of speed up test; 3. Build the model of gear life prediction and validation; 4. Support gear set standardization;

5. R&D report and Documentation;

Requirements：

1. Bachelor or Master's degree, prefer to industrial related 2. Solid background at fatigue or gear and math 4. Nice to have the Design for Reliability experience 5. Good English skill both at Written and Speaking
