Job responsibilities: Assist for test vehicle management

- Vehicle information documentation

- Data & document preparation for vehicle license and issuance application

- Support vehicle parking lots arrangement

- Vehicle status tracking, 5s management and monthly report

- Assist for ETP Training arrangement: training stuff preparation document

- CIP for vehicle management process

Job requirements: - Bachelor or master student with engineering background - Familiar with office software (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook…) - Good English knowledge (CET-6 or above) - Good coordination and communication skill - Highly motivated person with innovative spirit

- 4-5 days per week and 6 months in total
