Responsibilities:
1. Assist in handling daily HR works and maintenance for HR information system.
2. Assist in the practice of recruiting plan, including the post of recruitment, CV selection, interview arrangement, CV database maintenance, collection and analysis of recruiting data, etc.
3. Give assistance to the campus recruitment project, participate and support the planning and organization of relative activities, assist in the cooperation to improve the employer brand image.
4. Help with the building of the company’s thematic cultural activities, participate and support the planning and organization of relative activities.
5. Help with the training program, including demand collection, implementation of training organization, and transformation of training effect, etc.
6. Help with the regular collection and analysis of HR relative data, assist in handling all kinds of forms.
7. Other HR support works.
Job Requirements:
1. Undergraduates above grade 3 or post-graduates above grade 2, or graduate students of 2019.
2. Familiar with Microsoft Office software, candidates who are good at data collection and analysis are preferred.
3. Candidates who are proficient in English are preferred.
4. Clear-minded, good communication skills and learning ability, with great passion for HR works.
5. Good professional image and comprehensive quality, cooperative, proactive, diligent and be adept at thinking.
6. Could guarantee at least 4 days per week, at least 4 months.
7. Outstanding candidates could be accepted as formal employees after graduation.
