订单协调采购实习生
职位目标:
与国外的客人,供应商及各相关部门进行紧密合作,以实现高效。
工作职责:

协调QC的工作,与供应商确认验货日期,并与相关团队协作解决采购中的问题。

安排QC的验货行程;
-
整理每周测试发布的需要测试的订单,通知工厂和QC在验货时抽样寄测试。
-
维护QC的考勤记录;每周审核QC的报销单。
-
安排寄出签样给工厂,并且提供验货相关资料给QC。

整理验货结论并且与相关的部门沟通结果(业务员, QC经理)
要求:

具有较强的独立工作能力以及良好的团队合作精神和沟通

熟悉数据分析,了解采购过程

较强的Excel表格制作能力

有纺织工程专业及管理经验背景者优先

有良好的英语沟通能力

一周至少提供三天以上的工作日

Order Management Trainee
Responsibilities:
-
Coordinate QC process, negotiate with vendors in case of exceptions and collaborate with other Operations teams to solve the issues.

Arrange QC daily inspection schedule.

Counter check the compliance record before QC inspection, and arrange QC Inspectors to pick up compliance test auditing samples according to QC Engineer's auditing plan.

Update attendance record of QC and review the payment of QC weekly.

Coordinate availability of inspection references for QC inspectors’ use during inspection.

Summarize inspection results and communicate with concerned teams.
Requirement:

Working background of textile or fabric is preferred
