Key Responsibilities:
1. 基础数据整理与分析:负责日常销售数据的核对,为团队提供数据支持;
Data Sorting Analysis: Responsible for daily sales data verification and providing data support to the team.
2. 库存数据整合:每日跟进来货数据的通知,整理到表格并协助进行样品流程建单;
Stock Management: Follow up on daily inbound shipment data organization and assist in sending samples documents in the system.
3. 商品信息检查:协助进行商品上架前的信息核对,确保商品标题、属性、图片等信息准确无误;
Product Information Check: Assist in verifying product information before listing, ensuring product titles, attributes, images, and other details are accurate.
4. 其他支持:完成其他销售计划部日常事务性工作。
Additional Support: Perform other daily operational tasks assigned by leader within the Sales Planning department.
【任职要求】
Qualifications:
1. 学历专业:本科及以上学历在校生,电子商务、市场营销、统计学相关专业优先;
Education Background: Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program or above, preferably majoring in E-Commerce, Marketing, Statistics, or related fields.
2. 技能要求:熟练使用Office办公软件,尤其是Excel(如VLOOKUP、数据透视表等);
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables).
3. 态度品质:工作细心负责,有耐心,具备良好的沟通能力;
Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, responsible, patient, with strong communication skills.
4. 时间要求:能连续实习3个月以上,每周到岗5天者优先。
Time Commitment: Able to intern continuously for more than 3 months, with at least 5 days per week preferred.
