About the Role
Mobike is
looking for a driven, creative, and analytical HR Intern to join our team. In this role, you will work with the HR &
TA Manager to build out various HR and Recruiting functions – from short term
solutions to long term scale strategies.
You’ll gain
exposure from the inner workings of hiring to the strategies of growth and
retention within a hyper growth startup.
You will
bring and expand your HR body of knowledge through your personal growth and
development during your time here at Mobike.
What
you’ll be doing
Oversee
international employees, onboarding, off boarding and transfer and data
operations tasks in compliance with local data management policies
Communicate with
international employees and support them with IT and HCM related issues
Maintain employee
data with HCM system and in compliance with local data management policies
Research and
collect data about international HR regulations
Provide HR related
data analysis per request to support the International HR team
Support
international HR recruiting related projects
What
you’ll need:
Currently enrolled
or already completed your Bachelor or Advanced Degree in Human Resources, Management,
Business, or similar
Strong knowledge
and understanding of Federal and local HR laws and regulations
Ability to juggle
various priorities and proven ability to meet deadlines
Ability to analyze
data and conduct researches
Effective written
and spoken communication skills
Proficiency in
MSFT Office Suite – or similar
Fluency in English
Knowledge around
onboarding and training
30-40 or more
hours of work per week
