主要工作职责 (7 ±2条) Principle Duties and Responsibilities (7 ±2 items)

§  负责量具的管理

Be responsible for the management gage

§  积极发展并支持计量室团队，确保实现并维持其持续改进。

Actively develops and supports metrology lab, ensures total participation and continuous improvements are realized and maintained.

§  发展短期和长期计划的测量系统，支持不断变化的业务需求。

Develops short and long-term strategic plans for the acquisition of measurement systems to support changing business requirements.

§   建立并编写公司计量校准规范；

 Establish and compile the inner calibration WI

§  编制测量设备操作规程和维护保养作业指导书,并培训操作者和检验员；

Compile the working instruction and maintenance instruction of measurement equipment，and train operator/inspector.

§  编制和执行测量设备的安装确认及软件确认；

§  Compile and perform installation qualification and software validation of measurement equipment.

§  编制年度测量设备维护保养计划并执行；

Compile the plan of measurement equipment maintenance and perform these activity

§  检测设备简单故障的排除,协调内部或外部维修；

Solve simple fault of measurement equipment; Contact supplier maintenance and following-up tracking.

§  编制校准卡和量具的测量程序

Compile calibration criterion and measurement program of gage.

§  按照月度量具校准计划按时完成量具的校准任务；

Finish the calibration task per monthly calibration plan on time

§  实施持续改进活动，确保部门年度目标的完成；

Implement the Continuous improvement activity, ensure the FY goal of department accomplishment

§  新项目量具校准方法的研究及实施；

The calibration method research of new projects’ gage and practice implement

§  超差量具报告的开出与追踪，并提供必要的支持调查；

Complete the OSG report and trace it, give necessary support on investigation

§  分析和解决量具相关质量问题量具相关质量问题，处理生产过程中量具相关异常情况；

§  Analyze and solve quality problem related to gage, dispose abnormal condition related to gage from productive process

§   各种测量校准设备的使用操作；

 Operation & usage of several measurement instruments

§  完成上级安排的其他工作任务。

 Perform and complete other tasks as directed by supervisor.

 

资格要求（教育、经验、知识、技能及资质等） Expected Areas of Competence (i.e., Education, experience, knowledge, skills and credentials)

§  本科及以上学历，理工科相关专业背景，优先考虑测量专业或者机械相关专业；

Bachelor degree or above, Professional subjects in Science and Engineering. Prefers major in measurement or Mechanical and etc.

§  量具管理经验；

Gage management experience;

§  优选有三坐标编程经验；

Prefers to have experience in CMM Programming.

§  一定的英语读写能力；

Certain English reading and writing ability

§  优选注册计量师证；

Prefers to have registered surveyor certificate.

§  熟悉量具的基本常识并能正确使用；

Familiar with gauge knowledge, use all kinds of gauges correctly

§  耐心、细心，有责任心；

Patient, careful and responsible for work

§  具有跨部门工作所具备的良好的沟通能力和技巧

Effective and good communication skills interdepartmental cooperation
