Job Summary:

We are now looking for an engineer for 5G baseband PHY or UPC domain development. Our focus is on Lean and Agile ways of working. We organize in cross functional development teams in which continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing is part of the daily work.

Key Qualifications:

Master degree majored in tele-communication or computer scinece.

Proficient in C/C++ or MATLAB, with embedded system programming experience is preferred.

Familiar with communication system principle, 3GPP protocol, 4G/5G key technology. Wireless communication product development experience is preferred.

Proficient in English reading and writing, with basic oral communication skills.

Innovative thinking, good communication and teamwork skills.

Self motivated, enthusiastic, able to learn quickly and accept challenges.

通信工程，信息系统，电子工程，计算机通信专业, 研究生学历优先。

熟练应用C/C++语言编程或者精通MATLAB，有嵌入式系统编程经验者优先。

熟悉通信系统原理，了解3GPP协议，了解4G/5G关键技术，有无线通信产品开发经验者优先。

熟练的英语阅读书写能力，具备基本的口语交流能力。

具有创新思维，有良好的沟通、团队合作能力。

自我激励， 有热情，能快速学习，勇于接受挑战。
