[6 months, 4-5 days/week] Name of Project:Support the Technical project lead RD for Midsize BEV Cars Objectives: - Collaborate with all involved departments on the development of the electric successor to the C-Class / GLC-Class. We are responsible for ensuring the technical project goals are met through continuous coordination with all project participants (e.g., Crash, Design, Telematics, eDrive, etc.). - Support as part of the team the colleagues in daily business activities. - Contribute to the strategic development of the project management system. - Coordinate regularly with internal departments on project and technical issues. Main Tasks: - Support in organisation and management in project committees activity (align Agenda / check availability of presenters / facilitate the meeting / generate minutes and follow up tasks) - KPI Tracking (depending on Project phases there are different KPI's that need to be followed up and deviations would need to be followed up) - Change Management Tracking (make sure that possible changes are prepared and evaluated properly. All aspects are taken into consideration and the Committees are able to take a efficient decision) - Support in strategical product development and continuous process improvements - Taking on project tasks in close collaboration with project partners - Cross-departmental research and preparation of diverse project topics - Accompanying technical changes from inception to implementation - Creation of management and decision documents Key Qualifications: - Ongoing studies with a technical or business background, very good englisch skills, good skill in MG-Office - Good process design and analytical skills, High degree of independent work, Strong communication and teamwork skills, Motivation and reliability Language: Chinese: Conversational English: Proficient Education: Degree: Bachelor or above Major:Engineering
