Responsibility: • COLLABORATION: Enhance collaboration with internal partners to maximize Smart Manufacturing influence and value • Develop and support internal communication/ employee engagement programs to build Smart Manufacturing culture and boost employee morale • CONTENT: Translate business insights into communication contents • Understand business needs and craft communication plan and content for Smart Manufacturing milestone, external collaboration, new Smart Manufacturing strategy launch, credo and culture campaign and etc.. • Create tailor-made contents including infographic, announcement, news release/flash, speech, internal notes, wechat feeds, clipping report and event report/summary, etc. • Translate communication materials into English • CHANNEL: Brand Smart Manufacturing Channel, and identify and integrate existing channels to reach our target audience • Re-branding Smart Manufacturing Channel and marketing all contents internally • Integrate existing online and offline channels to serve communication objectives • INTERNAL PROCESS HANDLING • Apply Communication program in the online systems • Coordinate each document reviewed in Copy Right Review Requirement: • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in science, communication, journalism, and digital media. • Experience to PS photos, website design, video script . • Experience in FCPX, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Effects is a big plus. • Ability to write and present well and persuasively in both Chinese and English • Ability to stay aligned with overall strategic direction while applying diligence and attention to detail in execution and reliably meeting deadlines • Solid understanding of digital and social platforms
