Your Responsibilities:
1.Work closely with mentor, assisting preparation of following monthly tasks:
Overtime report
Department-level organization chart update in both EN & CN
2.Support projects focused on improving organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
3.Help with the coordination of internal HR Compliance trainings, such as book meeting room, draft
notice email, information collection, IT support booking etc.
4. Conduct online research on industry best practices, trends, and tools in organizational development
and HR Controlling area.
5. Assist with the collection, analysis, and reporting of HR data (e.g., headcount, turnover rates,
employee engagement, etc.).
6. Assist with preparing HR metrics or dashboards, providing insights on key areas such as workforce
planning and efficiency.
7. Assist in the budget and cost control processes related to HR activities, including workforce costs,
training budgets, and departmental expenses.
8. Support various HR, OD and HR CTL projects, including scheduling, coordination, and
communication with stakeholders.
9. Assist with project documentation, timelines, and tracking project progress to ensure timely
execution.
10. Provide administrative support for internal working guideline updates and translation.
11. Provide administrative support for internal meetings, including preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, and following up on action items.
12. Other temporary tasks.
Our Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Proficiency in English and Chinese required.
3. Good communication, interpersonal coordination skills and solution driven.
4. Strong responsibility and down to details and self-driven.
5. Microsoft Office Suite (mainly Word, Power Point and Excel) is a must. Data analysis is a plus.
6.Minimum of four days a week, 6 months' duration.
