Position Focus: Work with cross functional teams and customers to assure program information flow and direction under the coach of his/her master. 

Job Description:

1. To jointly prepare all necessary design documentation like BOM, DFMEAs, performance specifications, drawings/layouts, pattern data and sewing samples, etc.

2. To jointly coordinate necessary material to developer and develop trim cover patterns

3.  To work with Trim/Project Leader and Engineering supervisor to assure quality completion of system deliverables.

4. Any other duties / functions assigned from time to time by the Management.

Qualification:

College or Bachelor or Master of Engineer and above.

Engineer I: Require college 3+ years of experience / University graduate or less experienced

1.     To have the basic knowledge of trim materials;

2.     Some experience with Autocad, Accumark or similar software;

3.     Basic knowledge about sewing process;

4.     Acceptable English skills, both written and spoken

5.     Good communication skills and team work
