Key responsibilities:   Maintain CRM system Maintain client database and CRM System-Client Connect Coordinate with EAs to update the client database on a regular basis   Thought leadership and direct marketing Support in viewpoint and IC production, printing, filing IC and mailing log tracking: keep track of IC production, maintain IC mailing log Support to prepare the articles/bylines for P&P, including interview dictation, translation and proofreading Support in s+b hard copy direct mailing Collect and scan the hard copy of the media news for filing   Website update Work with team for IC uploading to website and 1Click& Prepare the content for website update, including translation and proofreading   Social media and blog update Utilize social media (Weibo, Weixin) to promote Strategy& brand and thought leadership Maintain P&P’s blog on a regular basis   Miscellaneous Marketing event: logistic support the team in marketing events or conferences, client/media invitation support Billing and payment request filing and other logistic support
