岗位职责 Job Description:

1. 支持本地蓝领员工的招聘工作 Support to local blue collar recruitment

2. 支持蓝领员工入职培训的相关文档记录与跟踪 Support to collect the orientation training records for blue collar

3. 收集与检查蓝领员工的基础数据 Collect and check basic data for blue collar

资质要求 Requirement:

1、本科或以上学历 Bachelor degree or above

2、良好的英语听说读写能力 Good English skills, both oral and written

3、良好的沟通技能以及较强的学习能力 Good communication skill and good learning skill

4、每周三天，至少实习3个月 3 days per week,at least 3 months
