岗位职责： • Assitant in Prototyping AI Solutions: Quickly prototyping AI solutions, following up on AI projects, conducting research, and keeping track of AI/GenAI trends. • Assitant in Reviewing AI Architecture: Reviewing the architecture of AI solutions and working on synergies with other business groups. • Assitant in Collaboration: Collaborating with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to define the scope, objectives, and requirements of AI projects. • Assitant in Communication: Communicating and presenting the results and insights of AI projects to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Assitant in Data Management: Developing and maintaining data pipelines and workflows to collect, transform, and integrate data from various sources. Applying data quality checks and validation rules to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data. • Assitant in Deployment: Supporting the deployment of scalable and robust AI models and applications using state-of-the-art frameworks and tools. 任职要求： • Coding and Framework Proficiency: Knowledge in Azure AI, Python, and at least one AI framework such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. • Coding Assistants: Knowledge in coding assistants, how to use them, and how to build a proper environment for developers to grow with assisted coding (e.g., GitHub Copilot, GitLab Duo. • AI and Machine Learning: Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, methods, and tools. • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Regulations and Compliance: Knowledge of AI regulations and compliance, with experience in implementing AI systems in regulated environments. • Documentation: Process-oriented with exceptional documentation skills. • Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills, fluent in English.
