Detailed Description of Job Contents:
Regular tasks:
1. Make departments activity plans and communicate between other departments.
2. Maintain procurement tracking list and document archiving folder.
3. Proactively manage procurement life cycle: create purchase request, issue purchase order to vendor, confirm good receipt, process invoice.
4. Support daily administrative tasks, such as meeting arrangement, provide documentation support, contract online and offline signing process, visitor badge application, payment request online and other required by team members.
5. Provide assistance to General Manager’s Office secretary.
Defined project:
1. Wechat little program development project.
2. Dynamic car book project.
3. Other Front-end research and development project.
Qualification Requirement (Major, Language, etc.):
1. Excellent oral and written English/Chinese skills.
2. Marketing and IT knowhow would be an advantage.
3. Proficiently on office software (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)
4. Fast learning and good communication skills.
5. Good time management skills and multi task capabilities.
6. 3-6 month and 4-5 day’s attendance per week.
7. Must stay student identity during whole internship.
