Responsibilities
Select the most suitable tutors based on students’ requirement and arrange courses on scheduling system
Daily communicate with foreign tutors by e-mail or phone over course scheduling
Timely feedback and coordination with other departments
Keep an account of monthly utilization rate of foreign tutors and increase the class scheduling hours
Maintain good relationship with foreign tutors and improve customer satisfaction
Complete other tasks assigned by leader
职责
- 根据学生的要求选择合适的导师,并在排课系统上安排课程
- 每天通过电子邮件或电话与外教就课程安排进行沟通
- 及时反馈并与其他部门协调
- 每月统计外教利用率,增加排课时间。
- 维护好与外教的关系,提高客户满意度
- 完成领导交办的其他任务
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree or above, have relevant experience is preferred
Fluent in both written and spoken English, good communication skills
Have a strong organizational and coordination ability, problem solving skills,
Have a strong sense of responsibility, work hard and under pressure
Ability of strain capacity and familiar with the service job.
Proficient in office software related operation skills
