Jelly Belly is one of the largest American Candy producers in the world. The company was founded in 1898 and opened a branch in China in 2013, our production is growing really fast and we are looking for a really hands-on intern to join us in this challenge.

Main responsibilities

 Support sales department. 

 Forecast & order management. 

 Order collections, delivery schedule confirmation/re-schedule/cancellation management on a daily basis for direct accounts. 

 Customer Service 

 Delivery & sample supports 

 RMA supports 

 Other data preparation for financial prospect

 This position will require a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point. 

Candidate Profile  Must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend English.  Sales and commercial capabilities.  Target oriented with a focus in brand and profitability (marginality and volumes).  A minimum of high school graduate or equivalent  Open personality with good communication skills.  Willing to learn.  Acceptance of working in a multi-cultural environment, integrating and understanding other cultures.  Identifying with the organization, values and goals.  Wishing and actively taking part, being a member and ambassador of the values and the company.
