KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Booking and
clearing of accounts receivable, as well as reporting and inquiry issues; Bank accounts
maintenance and Key contact of other bank related issues; Custody of
company petty cash, bank draft, LC and check; Support Treasury
transactions; Monitor incoming
payments and prepare vouchers for booking; Monitor outgoing
payments uploading to on-line bank, solve issues; Prepare
intercompany billings and send monthly statement; Support foreign
currency transaction registration and annual inspection when required; Other ad-hoc
tasks assigned by the manager. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor Degree
in Accounting or a relevant field; Around 1 year’s
working experience in Finance and Accounting, ideally experience with MNC; KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Proficient in
written English and basic in oral English Familiar with MS
Excel and ERP functions related to OTC process Detail oriented,
self-disciplined and with great integrity Proactive and a
“can-do” attitude Good
