Job Objective:

Study grain failure mechanism during abrasive articles application including literature search and summary, related experiment establishment and result analysis, failure mechanism simulation, etc. 

Job Responsibilities:

1.  Support R&D projects in terms of the prototype preparation, characterization and testing in lab.

2.   Support grain analysis m from the literature study, lab analysis and modeling setup.

3.   Support sample characterizations 

4. Other study areas deem appropriate as the research projects.

Job Requirements:

1.  MS/PhD candidates, major in materials engineering, mechanical engineering, or chemical engineering, with undergraduate degree from a renowned university.

2.   Diverse knowledge background is preferred, familiar with ceramic processing & powder metallurgy is a plus.

3.   Proficient in using CAD software and solidworks is a plus.

4.   Communication willing and skill, oral & written English, native Chinese speaker.

5.   Creative, logic and analytic thinking, strong hand-on ability.

6.   Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility.

7.   Can work for 3-5 days per week, last for more than 4 months.
