职位描述:

岗位职责:

1. 确认客户的托运指示,与订舱部门沟通订舱细节,及时确认出运所需要的保函、磁检、化检、报关单证等文件,安排好货物的入仓与单证的送达;

Confirm the customers shipping instructions, communicate with the booking department about booking details, timely confirm all necessary documents for transport, such as the letter of guarantee, magnetic inspection, chemical inspection and c/c documents etc, arrange the warehousing of goods and delivery of documents;

2. 与操作部门沟通确认货物情况,协调解决报关中的问题;

Communicate with operation department and confirm the situation of goods, coordinate and solve the problems in customs declaration;

3. 出具提单给客户;

Issue HAWB and send to customer;

4. 向海外发送发货通知,协助海外分公司或代理解决相关问题;

Send S/A to overseas, assist overseas branch or agent to solve related problems;

5. 根据客户要求提供更专业的个性化服务;

Provide more professional and personalized services according to customer requirements;

6. 记录业务出货情况,整理留底档案;

Check on-board and sort out files;

7. 出具销售发票;

Issue sales invoice to concerned party;、

8. 上级领导分配的其他工作任务.

岗位要求:

1. 大专及以上学历,物流管理、国贸相关专业为佳;在校大学生也可

Above College & major in Logistics or International Trade is preferred2

2. 熟练掌握办公自动化软件;

Familiar with Microsoft Office

3. CET-4及以上,良好的英语读写能力。

CET-4 or above, good oral and written English skills
