The Associate Internship Program is a paid, 8 weeks program beginning June 17, 2025 to August 15, 2025. It provides formal hands-on training, a weekly learning series, social networking outings, and mentorship opportunities designed to cultivate a skillset that will be invaluable throughout your career.

Learn transferable skills from industry leading professionals
Qualifications:
You must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master' degree and graduate in between 2026 and 2027.
Previous internship/volunteering/extracurriculars
High fluency in Mandarin and English
Able to intern 4-5 days a week in the Shanghai office throughout the internship program
