Commodity Commercial Trainee (Grains & Oilseeds) Key Responsibilities 1. Commodity Trading Learning & Execution o Learn physical/futures trading logic for soy, corn, soy oil, soy meal； o Assist in buying, selling, pricing, basis management; track quotes & trades； o Maintain client relationships; handle inquiries, quotes, order follow-up. 2. Market & Operations Support o Monitor US/Brazil/Argentina weather, crop, export data; write market analysis； o Coordinate with logistics on vessel scheduling o Support contract execution o Assist in maintaining and developing external information channels (e.g., industry reports, third-party data sources) o Collect market intelligence, including but not limited to: o Soybean trades done, Customer coverage activities, Relevant policy changes 3. Credit Application support Onboarding process for new customers, familiar with financial statement Requirements • 2026 bachelor's (Agri Econ, Int’l Trade, Finance preferred) ； • CET-6 English, able to read global reports & communicate via email； • Passion for agriculture & long-term career in commodity trading； • Proactive, strong communicator, willing to relocate for rotation； • Stable and dependable, with a strong sense of responsibility • Resilient, adaptable to fast-paced, high-uncertainty trading environment.
