Responsibilities:
· Daily communication in English via email and phone call with multiple Deloitte offices and audit clients across the Asia Pacific Region
· Perform fact checks on submission from Deloitte offices across the Region
· Maintain tracker for regional contacts, requests and issues
· Monitor online SharePoint portal and extract reports for group audit oversight
· Prepare meeting agenda for quarterly regional CFO meetings
· Secretarial tasks including but not limiting to meeting minute taking, expense claim, managing team calendar and event organisation
Requirement:
· Outstanding English speaking and writing skill in business environment;
· Bachelor or Master Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics preferred;
· Exam qualified/partially qualified ACA/ACCA preferred;
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, and Microsoft SharePoint;
· Well-organised and able to work under pressure; and
· Commitment to 4-5 working days per week (ad-hoc leave allowed) from December 2019 to May 2020;
