Position: Process Trainee - Track & Trace System
Updates

Key Tasks:

1. According to SOP check relevant information of goods under the service standard ofcustomer

2. Type-in the data system, manage the customer report and dispose the abnormal situation

3. Ensure timely & accurate of data information

Recruitment Requirements:

1. Junior or senior students, International Freight Forwarder, International
Trade, International Logistics,English etc. relevant major have priority.

2. Skilled use English, especially in speaking & writing.

3. Familiar use of Office Software.

4. Able to work under pressure.

5. The spirit of teamwork.

6. Working carefully & active to deal with problems.

7. Able to continuous working 6 months.

岗位职责:

1. 根据标准化操作流程，在公司即客户规定的服务标准下核对货物相关信息

2. 完成数据系统录入，客户报告管理及异常情况处理

3. 确保数据信息的时效性及准确性

基本录用条件：

1. 大三或大四学生（在读研究生亦可），国际货代，国际贸易，国际物流，英语等相关专业优先。

2. 英语读写运用能力佳。

3. 熟练运用Office办公软件。

4. 有良好的承压能力。

5. 具有团队合作精神。

6. 工作细心，能主动的处理问题。

7. 能连续工作6个月。
