Job Description：

1.    协助digital和电商活动

Assist to digital and EC campaigns

2.    和agency/TP合作为digital和电商平台做日常维护和内容更新

Work with agency/TP to produce contents on digital and EC platforms. (Weibo, WeChat and Weitao etc.)

3.    配合需求，搜集竞品并整理数据制作月报及电商日常运营操作

Support business data analysis, sales operation and competitors research

4.    各个部门之间协调沟通，收集产品信息

Coordinate with internal team to collect products information

5.    协助财务完成每月对账及申请PO和后续付款等

Help to complete Finance check, SO, PO etc.

6.    部门日常事务跟进

Administrative supports to the team

Requirement:

1.    自我激励，工作态度严谨

Self-motivated and attention to details

2.    英语流利，善于沟通

Excellent English and communication skills

3.    能处理digital素材，会PS或者视频编辑等

Be able to create digital materials is preferred, e.g.: photoshop and video editing

4.    对fashion或奢侈品行业有极高的热情（之前有过相关经历）

Trendy, good understanding of fashion/luxury industry

*Ideally have related EC business or digital experience

5.    每周可到岗至少3天，至少三个月。大三、大四

Be able to work at least 3 days a week, at least 3 months
