-Support internal purchasing projects and supplier management
支持内部采购项目和供应商管理
-Assist in tracking contract or purchase order signing progress and project progress
协助跟踪合同或采购订单签署进度和项目进度
-Assist in preparation and translation of project-related documents.
协助准备和翻译项目相关文件
-Support the organization of project meetings, team meetings and team events
支持组织项目会议、团队会议和团队活动
-Support other individual projects and administrative tasks assigned by supervisor
由主管指派的其他项目工作和行政类任务
Requirements:
任职要求:
-Bachelor’s degree, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management and other related majors as preferred
全日制本科及以上学历,经济管理类、供应链物流管理类等相关专业优先考虑
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Software
熟练使用Microsoft办公软件
-Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills
善于沟通,较强的解决问题和组织能力
-Fluent in English writing and oral communication
英语口语流利,读写能力良好
