一．基础要求Basic requirements

1. 热爱教育事业，充满爱心，热爱幼儿，具有良好的品德修养。

3．诚实、讲信誉、有责任感，有较好的职业素质和愿意提升自身职业素质的强烈愿望。

二．专业要求Professional requirements

1.学前教育或教育类相关专业毕业；

Degree of pre-school education or education-related majors;

2.持有幼教资格证；

Preschool education certification;

3.能用英语进行日常沟通；

Daily communication in English;

4.带班老师岗位需有3年以上幼儿园带班经验；助教老师岗位需有1年以上幼儿园工作经验；储备老师（接受应届毕业生）

Over 3 years’ experience in class management for teachers in charge of a class; Over 1 year’s kindergarten work experience for teaching assistants; accepting new graduates for reserve teachers
