Job Description:
• Communicate with customers and answer their questions in time
• Well understand customers’ situations
• Coordinate with daily administrative work
• Manage customers’ information and related claims, submit contents to headquarters in time as well
• Accompany customers to medical facilities and help them go through the medical care
