Shanghai Disney Resort, the first Disney resort in Mainland China, is a place where friends and families can escape together to a whole new world of fantasy, imagination, creativity and adventure. The resort is home to the Shanghai Disneyland theme park, two themed hotels - Shanghai Disneyland Hotel and Toy Story Hotel, Disneytown, a large shopping, dining and entertainment district, a Broadway-style theatre, Wishing Star Park and other outdoor recreation areas. The Shanghai Disney Resort Revenue Management & Analytic team supports clients both internal and external to Theme Park & Resort with business solutions based on advanced analytics. Revenue Management & Analytic team is a growing group of professionals, responsible for Revenue Management and Analytics for the overall Resort project and includes such functions as Forecasting and Planning, Pricing Revenue Management and Decision Science Support.

主要职责Key Responsibilities

乐园短期促销产品管理

·         收集与分析数据，用以评估现有产品的销售表现，并为新产品的设计提供建议

·         与其它部门协作，跟踪新产品的开发和上线进程

·         协助完成产品库的建立，形成清晰的产品分类

酒店收益分析

·         通过使用相关软件及工具，制定酒店收益管理策略，以化酒店收益

·         准备每日/每周/每月给管理层的关于酒店业绩表现的报告

·         其他非常规项目

Short-Term Promotional Product Management

·         Collect and analyze performance of existing products, generate insights and make recommendation to new product design

·         Liaise with multiple LOB’s to understand progressing of new product planning and implementation

·         Assist the development of a comprehensive product pool and offer clarification

Hotel Revenue Management

·     Define revenue management strategies in order to ensure optimal profitability by using dedicated software, developing models and collaborating with partners

·         Prepare reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to inform Executives of hotel performance

·         Other ad hoc projects

资格要求Required Qualifications

·         管理科学，运营研究，金融，工商管理或相关专业

·         完成工作细心且准确

·         持续学习新技巧以完善工作

·         能够积极主动的解决问题

·         能和度假区不同部门和领域的演职人员协同合作

·         的合作、演讲、沟通技巧

·         流利的中英文口语、写作能力

·         熟练掌握Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook，能够快速学习及应用新的技能和方

·         能熟练使用SQL和Tableau软件者优先考虑

·         Major in Management Science, Operation Research, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.

·         Demonstrated strong attention to detail and accuracy

·         Proven capability to learn new tools for continuous improvement

·         Proactively taking initiative for issue resolution

·         Ability to work with people at different levels and functions in the organization

·         Strong partnership, interpersonal, presentation, and communications Skills

·         Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English

·         Strong computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook), with the ability to quickly learn and apply new skills and techniques

·         Skills and experience in using SQL and Tableau is a plus
