Tasks:  Support MBL all on travelling arrangement: Tickets booking, reimbursement invoice pre-check and deliver to FIN Support on stationary management: order issue, stock management and 5S for stationary cabinet Support on overall 5S management: Office 5S, Meeting room, Coffee…  Support on attendance management follow-up (needs based)  Support on other daily operational tasks Qualification:  Good communication skills and team work spirit Willingness to learn new knowledge/process and flexible for all tasks  At least 6+ months full-time working time Good at both write and oral English is preferred
