岗位职责:
Office
1. Answer and transfer incoming calls
2. Send and receive couriers
3. Subscribe and distribute documents
4. Receive visitors and guests
5. Purchase office supplies and office daily supplies as when needed
6. Maintain office equipment and facilities, and arrange fixing when necessary
7. Prepare payment requests and monthly debit notices
8. Book conference rooms
9. Arrange name cards, envelops, and bags printing for the office
10. Update telephone list
11. Maintain office telephone system, review and renew yearly contract with tel system vendor
Travel
1. Book air-tickets and hotels
2. Check monthly air fare and prepare payment request
Security
1. Maintain office security system, including cameras, door access, alarms, etc.
2. Report any system breakdown instantly and arrange fixing asap
3. Keep and manage office access badges, set up and change access levels
4. Go the badge and access application and return procedures when there are new hires, or when staff leave
5. Assist and coordinate with current security equipment update or modification, and new security equipment purchase
Other
Provide other ad hoc admin support to divisions upon request
任职要求:
1. University graduates, major in English is preferred ( TOEIC 600 at least)
2. 1 year working experience in administration in foreign enterprises
3. Good command of English language skills, fluent in spoken and written English
4. Strong PC skills, good at Word and Excel
5. Excellent bilingual communication and coordination skills (in both English and Mandarin)
6. Professional and proactive service attitude and able to work under pressure
7. Strong sense of responsibility, careful and pay attention to details
